The first steps toward success are done by beginning to start reconstructing life. As the new journey in life begins, you realize that there is a need to reconstruct your life from the lifestyles you’re use to having or had. Temptations are at each corner, but avoiding those temptations and staying positively motivated becomes a new and challenging task each day.
For the individual who lack skills and training, the challenge is finding employment that will offer the benefits of securing financial stability. No one enjoys being unemployed when they have responsibilities in life to maintain.
Reconstructing Life offers tools that will not only inspire and stimulate participants to strive towards productive goals, but also that will actively encourage them to maintain a positive outlook upon the new opportunities in life.
Reconstructing Life is just as it is entitled. We offer many avenues for participants to explore and benefit from. Becoming more aware of our environment and how we can protect it is an added perk. Training participants how to convert construction demolition & debris (CD&D) into reusable raw materials is our primary focus. However, programs involving heavy equipment, safety, natural resource identification, CPR and more are included.
Reconstructing Life will be working with local construction companies and job services to find jobs upon completion. These are opportunities to reconstruct themselves and grow as they re-enter the work force. The participant can choose to seize the opportunity offered by the selected entity for employment or they can choose to venture into their own opportunities.
Participants will be trained in the arena of recycling Construction Demolition & Debris (CD&D) into raw and near raw materials for reuse. This is a way to not only learn a sustainable trade but also to save and protect our existing environment.
